A missing 16-year-old girl was last seen in the area of Falls Road and Hillside Road around 3 p.m. on March 8, police confirm.
According to police, Kennedi High was last seen wearing black pants, a white shirt, a black puff coat, black Ugg boots and red glasses. The National Center For Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) released two photos of the missing teen on Thursday, noting that she was still believed to be in the Baltimore area.
High is described as being 5’7” tall and approximately 120 pounds.

HI my name is Rocio and if you don’t know, I’m a bisexual dominicana living in NYC. Tonight I just rapid cycled through many intense emotions from suicidal to enraged mostly due to the fact that I have borderline personality disorder and thus I am almost always experiencing intense emotions. But I also realized that I was taken advantage of in a bar last night and $150 was stolen from my wallet.
The realization hit me hard and made me think about how I really can’t afford to be reckless with my money anymore and I need to have a set goal that I should strive towards. I have no job, I’m in my penultimate semester of my undergraduate studies, and I will soon be looking for internships to fulfill some of my last credits at university.
Some of my followers know that I have a girlfriend of almost two years and I love her very much. I have plans to move to France after I graduate to live with her, so we can finally start building our lives together. For that I need a visa and sufficient funds to prove I can live in France. I know the process will be grueling and stressful, and because of that I’d like your support if you can give it.Having BPD makes it very hard to remember that people care, at all.
